			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I &lt;3 Blue Sky Factory. I retweeted this yesterday, but I also wanted to post it because I found it really interesting. I had a conversation with my supervisor the other day where he couldn&#8217;t see the purpose/value in social media, and while I was able to explain on some level why people are so interested in social media now-adays, I think for the most part there is a large generation gap in terms of users. Social media tools may go the way of the dot coms, but right now a lot of youngun are using them, and companies that are able to leverage these tools can increase customer loyalty, sales, brand awareness…</p>
